This is our dear friend Tom Turkey. He joins us every year for our Thanksgiving feast. He hasn't yet gotten dress for the occasion. We told him that we would help him get ready. When we were done dressing him up we invited him to warm up next to the fire. And told him to let us baste him with oils so he wouldn't get burned. He gladly obliged. He was such a good sport. Everyone really enjoyed having him around. The kids REALLY enjoyed him a lot. Thanks Tom for always coming to our Thanksgiving day dinner. You were awesome as usual.Thanksgiving this year was very quiet. It was just our 'little' family. We didn't do much but hang out and relax most of the day. The kids played with some friends around the block for awhile. And we at. That was about it.
I must say that I do like to reflect back on the year and take note of all the things that I am grateful for. I'm so grateful for my family. For the love they show me. For my friends who are there when I need them and for all the many blessings we receive each year. My heart if full with Thanks.
